Orders
Orders are binding and can only be canceled the same day. Obstacles or delays in delivery, you will be informed as soon as possible via email. The availability of items for sale is reserved.
Delivery
Delivery dates may vary depending on delivery of the specified deadlines vary and are stated at our discretion. Missed deadlines entitle either to cancel the order nor the filing of compensation claims.

Terms of payment
Payment only by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer (in advance) to our Swiss bank account.
Withdrawal
The buyer can purchase from our web shop within a week without giving any reasons in text form (eg letter or e-mail). The period begins with the date on which the instruction has been communicated in writing. The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation.

Consequences
In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and emoluments taken. If the buyer can return the service to us totally or partly or only in deteriorated condition, the buyer has to pay appropriate compensation.

Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction and performance is St.Gallen. It is governed by Swiss law.
